Wholesale sourcing starts with a clear product list. Specific information helps our team understand your needs and confirm prices, minimum quantities and delivery arrangements. Use this checklist for beads, charms, keychain components and DIY gift boxes.
Products: identify SKUs and specifications
Record product names, SKUs, colors and dimensions. If you want a different color mix or packaging, distinguish essential requirements from preferences that can be discussed. If you have not chosen SKUs, describe the finished piece and desired appearance to help narrow the selection.
Quantities: separate each item from the total
List quantities for each SKU and specify whether the unit is a bead, piece, bag or set. A combined total does not replace quantities for individual colors. If you are testing a collection, include the initial requirement and any expected follow-up orders for discussion.
Packaging and destination: include both in the brief
Describe separate or mixed packing, quantity per pack, labeling needs and destination country or region. Shipping method, charges and trade terms need to be confirmed during quotation, so compare more than the unit price alone.
Documents: match the model and destination
If product or testing documents are required, specify the destination market and exact SKU. The CPC, EN 71 and GB 6675 documents in Popen’s document center list JCWE001 and the additional models stated in the originals. Check their scope against the files. Ask our team separately about documentation for other components.
Check before sending
- Do the SKUs, colors and dimensions match?
- Are per-item quantities and packing units clear?
- Have you included samples, labels and document requirements?
- Are the destination and preferred delivery date stated?
- Have you supplied an email address or WhatsApp contact?
Use Request a Quote on a product page to carry its details into the inquiry form. Prices, availability and lead times are subject to the quotation and order details confirmed by both parties.
